Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical fundraising practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior fundraising role within the charity sector .
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies.
• Excellent skills in donor cultivation , relationship management, and major gift solicitation.
• Strong understanding of different fundraising streams, including grants, corporate partnerships, and individual giving.
• Proficiency in fundraising CRM software and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate stakeholders.
