Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies across various channels, including individual giving, corporate partnerships, and events.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing donors, ensuring consistent engagement and stewardship.
• Identify and approach potential new donors, building a pipeline of prospects for future support.
• Organise and manage fundraising events, from conception through to execution, ensuring maximum attendance and donation potential.
• Prepare compelling fundraising proposals, reports, and communications for potential and existing supporters.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and communications team to develop fundraising campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a fundraising or development role, preferably within the charity sector .
• Demonstrated success in achieving income targets and growing donor bases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the charity's mission persuasively.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using CRM databases for donor management and tracking.
