Furniture Sales Advisor - Uncapped Commission

Oak Furnitureland is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to join our Cardiff showroom. You will be the brand ambassador, guiding customers through our broad product ranges with expert knowledge and a consultative sales approach.

You’ll help deliver an exceptional shopping experience, maintain showroom standards, and contribute to NPS and Trust Pilot scores. This role offers uncapped commission up to 4% on all sales and a 40-hour week across five days, with weekends on a rotation.
