Furniture Showroom Sales Advisor — Uncapped Commission

Oak Furnitureland is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Advisor in Leeds. You will guide customers through our furniture range, applying a consultative sales approach to help them choose pieces for their homes, while representing the brand with knowledge and enthusiasm.

With uncapped commission up to 4%, you’ll be supported to achieve strong personal and showroom KPIs in a full-time role, working five days a week including weekends on a rotating schedule.
