Future Business Operations Lead - UK/Europe

BMT is seeking a Future Business Operations Lead to enable disciplined, data-driven business development across UK & Europe. You will manage a robust pipeline, govern opportunity progression and provide governance and performance reporting to regional leadership.

You will work with Business Development, Programme and Commercial teams to drive growth, ensure data quality and support governance across the Future Business function. This is a hybrid UK-based role with international travel.
