Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios to uncover functional, graphical, and performance issues.
- Document all bugs and issues discovered with clear, concise details, including screenshots and steps to reproduce.
- Collaborate closely with developers and producers via online communication channels to report and verify bug fixes.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that previous fixes have not negatively impacted the game.
- Provide subjective feedback on gameplay, controls, and overall user experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Games Tester or relevant QA role.
- A strong understanding of game mechanics, user interface design, and common gameplay loops.
- Proficiency in utilizing bug tracking software and test management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to testing.
