About the Role

You will meticulously execute test plans, identify and document defects with precision, and provide vital feedback to development teams to ensure an optimal player experience. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough functional, usability, and compatibility testing on game builds.
• Accurately log, track, and manage software defects using established bug reporting tools.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that bug fixes do not introduce new issues.
• Provide comprehensive feedback on game mechanics, progression, and overall player satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with team members and developers regarding testing progress and identified issues.
• Assist in the development and refinement of test cases and documentation.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience as a Games Tester or in a similar QA role.
• A solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies within the gaming context.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem identification.
• Proficiency with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira) and test management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
