Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced test plans, strategies, and test cases.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level games testers.
• Perform complex testing, including performance, stress, and compatibility testing.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and report critical issues to stakeholders.
• Oversee the bug tracking and resolution process, ensuring timely fixes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in game testing , with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Expertise in various testing methodologies and tools (e.g., automation frameworks, performance testing tools).
• In-depth knowledge of game development processes and lifecycles.
