About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, performance, and usability testing on game builds according to test plans.
• Clearly document defects, providing detailed steps for reproduction and assigning appropriate severity.
• Conduct regression testing to confirm the successful implementation of bug fixes.
• Communicate effectively with QA leads and developers regarding bug status and testing outcomes.
• Explore game environments and mechanics to identify unexpected behaviour and edge cases.
• Offer feedback on gameplay, controls, and overall player experience to enhance game quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Games Testing or a related QA field is advantageous.
• A strong understanding of various game genres and popular gaming platforms.
