About the Role

You will work collaboratively with developers and QA leads, providing detailed feedback to ensure the highest quality player experience. Key Responsibilities

• Execute test cases and perform exploratory testing to uncover defects in game mechanics, user interface, and overall gameplay.
• Document bugs and issues comprehensively, including steps to reproduce, severity, and impact, using specified bug-tracking software.
• Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback to the development team on gameplay, balance, and overall player experience.
• Verify bug fixes implemented by developers and conduct regression testing to ensure no new issues have been introduced.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and producers, to ensure testing aligns with project goals and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Games Tester or in a similar QA role within the gaming industry.
• Familiarity with various game genres and platforms (PC, console, mobile).
• Excellent observational skills and a sharp attention to detail for identifying even minor defects.
• Proficiency in using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and test management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear bug reporting and team collaboration.
