Key Responsibilities
- Execute test cases and conduct exploratory testing to identify software defects.
- Log detailed bug reports, including clear reproduction steps, in a bug tracking system .
- Perform regression testing to verify bug fixes and assess overall game stability.
- Evaluate game functionality, usability, and performance across specified platforms.
- Communicate test status, results, and any critical issues to the project management team.
- Provide subjective feedback on game mechanics, balance, and overall player experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Games Tester or in a similar quality assurance role.
- A strong understanding of bug reporting and defect lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical skills and a methodical approach to testing.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine enthusiasm for playing and analysing video games.
