About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Execute test cases and perform exploratory testing on game builds to uncover defects.
• Accurately report bugs with detailed descriptions, steps to reproduce, and severity assessments.
• Verify that reported bugs have been fixed correctly by the development team.
• Communicate effectively with project leads and other team members via remote collaboration tools.
• Provide valuable feedback on game balance, usability, and overall player satisfaction.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test documentation.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a Games Tester role or a related quality assurance position.
• Familiarity with industry-standard bug tracking systems and testing practices.
• A good understanding of game design principles and player experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration in the UK .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
