Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for AAA game titles.
- Conduct detailed exploratory testing to uncover nuanced bugs and potential gameplay exploits.
- Analyze, document, and track defects using advanced bug tracking software , ensuring clear reproduction steps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain release schedules.
- Perform performance testing and provide detailed feedback on frame rates, load times, and memory usage.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in game testing or quality assurance, with a focus on complex projects.
- Expertise in various testing types, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Advanced proficiency with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, DevTrack) and test case management tools.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities, coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for seamless remote collaboration across the UK .
