Key Responsibilities

• Execute test plans and scripts to thoroughly assess game features and mechanics.
• Identify, record, and track bugs and gameplay issues using bug tracking software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce issues and provide feedback for resolution.
• Perform regression testing to confirm that bug fixes have been implemented successfully.
• Contribute subjective feedback on game design, user interface, and overall player experience to enhance quality.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with remote team members regarding testing progress and findings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Games Tester role or a related Quality Assurance position is highly valued.
• Understanding of software testing principles and the specific demands of testing video games.
• Proficiency with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Mantis).
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills to effectively troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• A demonstrable passion for video games and a broad knowledge of the industry.
