Are you a Ganger or Working Supervisor with experience across water, utilities or pipeline projects, looking for a stable role with long-term progression and the opportunity to earn more through regular overtime?

On offer is the opportunity to join an established contractor that has been operating for over 25 years, working on major water and civil engineering projects. In this hands-on supervisory role, you will coordinate the site team and oversee deep excavation and water infrastructure works. You will organise labour, plant and materials, assist with setting out pipework and chambers, and oversee the installation of ductile iron and HDPE pipework, fittings, valves and associated civil works.

This role would suit a Ganger, Working Supervisor or similar with experience across water, utilities, pipeline or civil engineering projects who wants to progress their career, remain hands-on and increase their earnings through overtime.

The Role

Supervise teams carrying out deep excavation and water infrastructure works Organise labour, plant and materials across site Coordinate excavator lifting operations, banksmen and safe systems of work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 45-hour week with overtime paid at time and a halfThe Person:
