Gas Engineer - Domestic Heating (Social Housing) £50k OTE

Example Recruitment Group is seeking a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the Torquay area, carrying out servicing, fault finding and repairs in domestic social housing properties. The role includes landlords’ CP12 checks, fault diagnosis, and delivering high levels of customer care to tenants, while ensuring Health & Safety requirements and COSHH records are followed.

Salary £42,000–£48,000 per year, with a monthly bonus and OTE £50,000+.
