Domestic Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer
Central Birmingham
£40,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Bonus Potential

Are you a skilled Domestic Gas Engineer looking for a role where you can significantly increase your earnings?
We're recruiting for a Domestic Gas Breakdown Engineer to cover a busy Central Birmingham patch. This is a highly reactive role with a strong focus on breakdowns, meaning there will be plenty of work available, especially during the peak heating season.
If you're confident fault-finding, diagnosing issues and repairing domestic gas appliances, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company that genuinely rewards productivity.
Salary & Benefits
- £40,000 basic salary
- Weekly completion bonus
- Complete 8 jobs per day and receive an additional £150 per week
The Role
- Attending domestic gas breakdowns and emergency repairs
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on domestic heating systems
- Working efficiently to complete jobs to a high standard
- Providing excellent customer service in occupied properties
- Participating in a 1 in 7 out-of-hours callout rota
About You
- ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1 etc.)
- Previous experience in a domestic breakdown role
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Motivated by performance-related earnings
- Able to work independently and manage a busy workload
