Gateman / Traffic Marshall

CSCS Gateman / Traffic Marshall Required – Coventry 🚧 We are currently recruiting for an experienced CPCS Gateman / Traffic Marshall to work on a busy housing development in Coventry. 📍 Location: Coventry (various sites) 📅 Start Date: Immediate ⏰ Hours: Full-time (typically from 7:15am)

Requirements

• Valid CPCS / NPORS Card
• Traffic Marshal/Banksman qualification (preferred)
• Full PPE
• Previous experience working as a Gateman on construction sites
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Duties

• Controlling access to and from the site
• Greeting and signing in visitors, contractors, and deliveries
• Directing vehicles safely on and off site
• Maintaining site security and keeping accurate records
• Assisting with general site duties when required
