Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Cleaner to support site operations in Derby . This essential role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment across various operational areas. You will be responsible for a range of cleaning duties, ensuring that facilities meet high standards of hygiene and presentation. Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting designated areas.
• Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and break areas, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked.
• Empty waste bins and ensure proper disposal of rubbish according to site procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, windows, and external areas as required.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively, following all instructions.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the site supervisor promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cleaner is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of cleaning methods and the ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
