Candour Talent are currently recruiting for a General Manager to join our client based in Port Talbot .
- Location : Port Talbot
- Employment Type : Permanent/Full Time
- Working Hours : Mon-Fri 8-5
- Salary : 54-60k Negotiable DOE

The Role
- General Management: overseeing day-to-day operations and sales
- Motivate, train, and develop the team to drive performance
- Prioritise Customer Service and the customer experience
- Be a reliable and trusted point of escalation for the team and customers
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Monitor and manage stock levels
- Identify process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience of working in a Roofing or Builders Merchants/Supplies
- Strong knowledge of Roofing Products
- Proven people management skills
- Must have own driving licence
