General Manager with Ownership Mindset — Mediterranean

COREcruitment is assisting a premium Mediterranean restaurant in Central London to recruit a General Manager. You will own the day-to-day operation, work closely with the owners and kitchen team to deliver outstanding food, service and guest experience, and lead from the floor with a hands-on, personable management style.

This autonomous role requires a strong commercial sense, the ability to manage a team of around 15, and a passion for great wine and hospitality in a small, intimate setting.
