Role: General Manager

Salary: £50,000 + Bonus

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, commercially focused General Manager to lead the operation, develop the team and drive the business forward.

About the Role
- As General Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation, leading the team and ensuring excellent standards across food, service and guest experience.
- You'll be responsible for driving sales and profitability, managing costs, developing the team and maintaining a strong guest experience.
The Ideal Candidate
- We're looking for an experienced General Manager or Restaurant Manager from a busy, quality-led restaurant or hospitality environment.
- You'll be commercially aware, hands-on and people-focused, with a genuine passion for food, service and hospitality.
