Commercial General Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven General Manager to lead the management of a high-profile CPU, delivering exceptional, high-end hospitality while maximising commercial performance and profitability.

This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for the overall operational and commercial success of the business. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, ensure consistently outstanding service standards and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Full management and commercial accountability of the CPU.
• Drive GP% and profitability, identifying opportunities to improve margins and control costs.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximise revenue.
• Deliver consistently exceptional, high-end hospitality and customer experiences.
• Manage budgets, P&L, forecasting and financial performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop the operational team.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and develop the existing business.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, food quality and operational delivery.

We are looking for a commercially astute hospitality leader with a proven track record of driving sales, improving profitability and delivering high-end hospitality within a demanding environment.
