Duties

• Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximise profitability
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, offering coaching and support where needed
• Managing daily dealership operations within the sales department for smooth workflow
• Staying informed of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within the motor trade
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Comprehensive understanding of automotive sales processes and customer service excellence
• Ability to motivate and develop a sales team to hit targets
• Results‑driven with a focus on exceeding sales and profit goals
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
