Geography Teacher:

Smile Education is partnering with a prominent secondary school near Solihull who are welcoming a passionate and dedicated GeographyTeacher to their team from Nov2025 , or possibly earlier for the right candidate. If you’re enthusiastic about inspiring young minds through the wonders of science, we’d love to hear from you! This is a full time role 5 days a week.

As a Geography Teacher, you will deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons across KS3 and KS4 that align with the national curriculum. Your role is to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that sparks curiosity and encourages student participation. You may also be asked to cover general subjects when required, helping maintain learning momentum across the school.

You’ll join a supportive, energetic, and collaborative team committed to your professional development and to making a meaningful impact on students’ academic and personal growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Geography and QTS or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge
• Excellent classroom management and the ability to motivate and inspire students
• A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them build confidence in science
