Geospatial Tech Support Lead

KOREC is seeking a proactive UK-based Technical Support Leader to head our office-based team in Liverpool. You will ensure high-quality support for customers across geospatial, surveying, engineering sectors, via phone and email, while driving knowledge resources and customer satisfaction.

You'll coach the Operations Team, collaborate across Sales, Service and Product, and maintain strong ticket records in HappyFox/Pipedrive, with a focus on reducing downtime and improving first-time fixes.
