Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site investigations, including desk studies, ground condition surveys, and in-situ testing.
• Analyze soil and rock mechanics data to design foundations, retaining walls, and earthworks.
• Prepare geotechnical reports, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee and advise on geotechnical aspects of construction projects during execution.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies on geotechnical matters.
• Utilize specialist geotechnical software for modeling and analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering.
• 3-6 years of experience in geotechnical engineering practice.
• Proficiency in geotechnical analysis software (e.g., PLAXIS, GeoStudio).
• Strong understanding of soil mechanics, rock mechanics, and foundation design.
• Experience with site investigation techniques and interpretation of CPT/SPT data.
• Excellent report writing skills and ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
