German-Speaking 360° Recruiter – Senior Role

Optimus Search is recruiting a Senior German-Speaking Recruitment Consultant in London (Farringdon). This 360° role will own a specialist desk for the German market, developing new business and delivering top candidates.

You will manage client relationships, oversee vacancies from briefing to placement, and headhunt specialists using LinkedIn and databases. You will work five days a week in the office, bill on accounts, and grow the German market with autonomy.
