German-Speaking Administrative Assistant – Diary & Travel

ISE Partners is seeking a fluent German-speaking Administrative Assistant to join our growing investment firm. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative team of Assistants across London and Europe.

You will support Managing Directors, Associates, and Analysts, manage busy diaries, coordinate meetings across time zones, arrange travel, process expenses and invoices, and provide day-to-day coordination and project support.
