Location: Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire (just 30 minutes by direct train from London Euston)
Salary: £30,000 per annum, plus bonus opportunity
Start Date: July/August 2026

The Role
As a German speaking Customer Service Executive, you will provide comprehensive B2B customer support to clients and sales representatives across Germany. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth processing of orders and export activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Respond to customer enquiries promptly, providing effective solutions and outstanding service.
* Prepare and issue customer quotations.
* Support the external sales team, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly.
* Attend weekly and monthly team meetings.
About You
* Fluency in both German and English.
* Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support or a similar office based role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work effectively under pressure
* A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary
£30,000 per annum plus bonus opportunities.
