Global Asset Management Counsel: Project Finance & M&A

H9 Talent Solutions is partnering with a global engineering and sustainable-energy organisation to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel for its international Asset Management business. The role covers front-end legal support across energy assets, combining complex contracting with project finance, M&A, governance and dispute management.

The ideal candidate is a qualified common-law lawyer (England & Wales), with ~3+ PQE, experience in an international setting, and fluent English.
