Global Capital Markets Counsel — Debt & Equity Transactions

Vista is seeking an English & Wales or New York qualified lawyer with 4–8 years’ PQE to join Vista Legal. The role focuses on debt capital markets transactions, bond issuances, term loans and related financing with senior stakeholders.

You will independently manage transactions from inception to closing, advise on compliance, drafts, negotiations, and coordinate with investment banks and external counsel in a fast‑paced, global environment.
