Global Commercial Counsel – Deal Desk (Remote)

Adyen seeks a driven Commercial Counsel based in New York to join the global Deal Desk within the Commercial Legal team. You will negotiate enterprise customer contracts, draft comprehensive playbooks, and train commercial colleagues on deal execution to accelerate growth.

You will provide strategic legal advice across sales, product, and regulatory teams, handle complex multi-jurisdictional agreements, and lead contracting process automation in a fast-moving environment.
