Morgan Stanley is seeking a Director-level professional to join the Compensation Controller team, based in Glasgow, within Corporate Controllers, Reporting & Accounting. The role focuses on accuracy and control of the firm’s books and external reporting across entities.

You will lead the front-to-back accounting for employee compensation, collaborate with auditors, and drive improvements in forecasting and reporting processes within a globally connected finance function.
