Global Compliance Program Associate

Oceaneering is seeking an Assistant Compliance Manager to support the Corporate Compliance Program and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and the Company’s Code of Conduct.

You will assist in developing and promoting the Compliance Program, provide guidance across functions, and help prepare training and due diligence across customers, partners, and suppliers, with international travel.
