Costa is seeking a Global Consumer Analytics Manager to lead loyalty data analyses and energy Costa’s decision-making with consumer insights. You will own forecasting and reporting, partnering with Digital Product, Loyalty and Insight teams to translate data into strategic actions.

The role requires a degree, strong consumer analytics experience, and hands-on skills with SQL, Databricks and PowerBI. Hybrid London location offers development opportunities and exposure to global markets.
