Global Defence BD Lead

QinetiQ is seeking a Business Development Manager for QTS, with responsibility to identify opportunities globally and win new business. You will report to the Head of Business Development and drive a 3-5 year order intake strategy across multiple countries and markets.

You will manage the bid lifecycle, lead high-level client engagements, and forecast sales targets while coordinating with cross-functional teams within QinetiQ Group and QTS.
