Global ER Policy Partner (FTC) – Employment Law

Animal seeks a Global ER Policy Partner FTC to lead employment relations and compliance across jurisdictions from its London hub. The role focuses on Employment Rights Act 2025 readiness, guidance creation, and policy updates in response to evolving UK and EU requirements.

You will coordinate with People teams, legal partners and HR systems to ensure robust, auditable processes, training, and governance across contracts, handbooks, and holiday/work patterns in multiple markets.
