Global Executive Programs Leader

FICO is seeking a seasoned leader to own its global executive engagement strategy and VIP customer programs. You’ll oversee CABs, executive events, and sponsorships, coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, and marketing to drive pipeline and retention across regions.

The role requires coaching a growing team, coaching interns, and delivering scalable processes that ensure high-quality execution. You’ll work globally with senior stakeholders and diverse cultures.
