Global Fintech CFO: Strategy, Scale & Compliance Leader

IBMC is recruiting a CFO for a global FinTech firm. The role oversees financial strategy, accounting, tax, treasury, and reporting across multiple jurisdictions, reporting to the Board and guiding capital allocation.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years in senior financial leadership, 5+ years as CFO/VP of Finance, and deep experience in Prop Trading or Hedge Funds, IFRS, and multi-currency consolidation. Fluency in English is required.
