Global Fund Legal Counsel — Regulated Funds

Adams Street Partners in London seeks a Legal Counsel to join its global Legal & Compliance team. The role centers on coordinating, structuring, formation and negotiation of private equity/credit fund documents and coordinating corporate contracting and regulatory matters.

You will work with internal stakeholders across regions, draft and negotiate LPAs, subscription agreements and related agreements, and help implement regulatory compliance calendars under FCA, AIFMD II and other regimes.
