Global Guest Service Pro Mandarin/Korean/Japanese

MSC Cruises is seeking an International Guest Service Agent to join our shipboard team. You will be the heartbeat of guest experiences, delivering warmth, professionalism, and personalized care to every guest during inquiries, service coordination, and issue resolution.

Fluency in English plus at least two Asian languages (Japanese/Korean/Mandarin) is required, with a minimum of two years in a similar cruise or luxury hotel role.
