Global Head of Client Relationships – Administration Solutions

Waystone is seeking a senior Relationship Manager to lead coverage of Administration Solutions clients and align delivery across the business. You will design engagement models, build top client plans, and pursue cross-sell opportunities with Business Development teams to grow revenue.

As escalation point and Executive Sponsor, you will monitor profitability, KPI metrics, and RFP/RFI support, while maintaining a broad external network with industry partners to inform strategy and compliance.
