Global Head of Collections: Build & Scale Strategy

YouLend Limited, based in London, seeks a Global Head of Collections to own and transform performance across all markets. You inherit a 35-person function and will build a global powerhouse with advanced analytics, segmentation, treatment paths, and contact strategies.

You will own cure rates, repayment speeds, cost-to-collect and losses. Reporting to the GM of Collections and Recoveries, you will lead multi-country teams and partner with Credit Risk, Finance and Technology to accelerate results
