ESP Global Services is seeking a Head of New Business Development to lead the growth engine across the UK and US, based in Reading with international travel. This player-coach role demands personal win-rate on multi-million-pound deals while building a capable team to do the same.

You will own the end-to-end new-business lifecycle from target accounts through qualification, solution shaping, negotiation and close, while developing a high-performing UK/US team and remaining active in the market.
