About the Role

Our client is seeking an exceptional Global Head of Operations to lead and shape their international operational strategy from a remote-first perspective. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive global operations strategy aligned with company vision and growth objectives.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of international operations managers and professionals.
• Oversee all facets of global operations, including logistics, supply chain, customer support, and internal processes.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across all regions.
• Establish and monitor global KPIs , reporting on performance to executive leadership.
• Foster a strong, cohesive operational culture that promotes collaboration and high performance across geographical boundaries.

Requirements

• Over 15 years of progressive experience in operations management , with at least 8 years in a global leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in scaling operations for rapid international growth.
• Expertise in managing complex global supply chains, logistics, and remote teams.
• Strong strategic planning, financial management, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
