Global IT Service Delivery Lead (Maternity Cover)

Humankind Global Recruitment is seeking a Head of Service Delivery in London. This hybrid role requires 2 days in the office weekly and covers a maternity leave period of 15–16 months with handover.

You will lead IT service delivery across regions, drive ITIL-based processes, manage SLAs and KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes and continuous improvement.
