Global Legal Counsel: Cross-Border Finance & Funds

Cygnum Capital is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our global team, operating from London with presence in Amsterdam, Nairobi, Lagos or Dubai. You will handle complex cross-border matters across asset management, investment banking and funds, reporting to the General Counsel.

The role focuses on structuring funds, negotiating term sheets, and coordinating with external counsel, while advising on regulatory issues across jurisdictions and supporting deal teams in transactions.
