Global Mobility & Relocation Lead

Nebius is seeking a Global Mobility & Relocation Specialist to lead the end-to-end relocation program for a global workforce. You will work with HR, Legal, Finance and external vendors to deliver a compliant, employee-centric mobility experience.

You will build and evolve relocation policies, manage budgets, monitor service quality, and benchmark against industry best practices while ensuring immigration and local regulatory compliance across countries.
