Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global operations strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee all international operational functions, including supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and customer support.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse, distributed global operations team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all regions to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage global operational budgets, P&L, and capital expenditure planning.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in global operations leadership, with a proven track record of managing P&L and driving international growth.
• Extensive experience in managing complex, multi-national supply chains and operations.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing remote, global teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
